Proteus spin columns are convenient and easy to use. Kits are supplied with powerful, affinity and single step spin columns, clear and unambiguous protocols, a detailed reference handbook, desalting/buffer exchange columns and ready-to-use buffers. Multiple samples can be purified at the same time with high reproducibility for rapid purification of your antibodies with the Protein A or G antibody purification kits or 6xHis-tagged recombinant proteins.

Applications: Rapid, cost-effective and easy-to-use antibody purification from serum, ascites or tissue culture supernatant and 6xHis-tagged recombinant protein purification from bacterial cells, insect vectors, mammalian cells and yeast.
 

Hands-free loading of large volumes of low concentration antibodies now comes in kit format. Monoclonal antibody concentrations, derived from T flasks, are typically between 5 and 50 µg/ml. 225 cm² T-flasks with a maximum working volume of 370 ml are commonly used for monoclonal antibody production. Even more expensive production methods using roller bottles only produce monoclonal antibodies in the range of 10 - 200 µg/ml.

The ProVac Protein A and G kits are designed to concentrate and purify antibodies from large volumes of dilute cell culture supernatants (up to 2 L) using vacuum as the driving force.

Applications: High speed, hands-free concentration and purification of large volumes of dilute cell culture supernatant without the need of a centrifuge.
 

These static concentrators are designed specifically to meet the demands of a busy protein reference laboratory concentrating urinary BJP.
